The purpose of my masterwork is to design a collection of tableware based on the current gastronomy trends and exploring the installation possibilities of various dessert types. The design method introduces form innovations, using the latest confectionery technologies. My goal was to create a collection that specifically maches the programs of gastronomic competitions and fine-dining events.
